The project of the building 23-10-12 is a copy of the project of the building 20-08-12, and differs only in color in the processing of the facade.

Namely, from a pale-brown plaster with elements of dark brown became a pebble brick.

The house is built in a mixed classical and European style, but the shape of the building is quite simple. The front of the courtyard has a small ledge, and the side has a small tower, which gives the corner of the house a more rounded shape.

The project of the cottage has a classical finish in the form of columns, pilasters, rosettes and moldings, harmoniously located throughout the perimeter of the house. Balconies are decorated with classic balustrades.

In unusual planning, one can understand that this house is designed for a wealthy large family, often welcomed by guests.

There are technical premises on the ground floor: boiler room, pantry, laundry and other technical rooms; and also has its own wine cellar with its own tasting room, which undoubtedly distinguishes the design of this building from all others represented by our company.

The second floor is intended for the family members themselves. It has five sleeping rooms, a large hall, a study, two bathrooms and two balconies, located on opposite sides of the house.
