The house project 12-10-12 is designed for a large family to prefer comfort and comfort, sufficiency in everything and individuality. The laying of this project of the house was carried out by brick, so it made the most unusual forms than if it was made of slabs.

The house has a very unusual shape and is built on a slope of the hill, which gives even more individuality, as on the one side of the house there is an entrance only on the first floor, and on the other side of the house you can enter right into the ground floor.

The distinctive construction and architectural feature of this building is that the inter-staircase is located in the center of the house and combined with a hall on all floors.

On the first floor there are business rooms: living room, study, winter garden, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe, pantry, linen and large terrace.

On the second floor there is a residential area, which includes 5 bedrooms, one bathroom and 3 separate bathrooms, a large hall and 3 balconies.

The main front decoration of the house is such stucco elements as columns, balustrades and rustys, which are harmoniously located throughout the perimeter of the house.

The house has a large number of angles, so the red decoration for them has become an obvious decoration, which emphasizes the volume of the house.

The main treatment of the surfaces of the walls of the building was a facing brick of beige tint, through which the facade stucco began to look even prettier.

The walls of the basement floor are decorated with natural facade stone, which emphasizes the division of the basement from the first and second floors.

Due to the non-standard form of the house, it is difficult to attribute it to some style, but it is clear to anyone that such a cottage through stucco became a real palace, suburban residence.
