This house project is made in a combination of classic and European style. The dark brown color of the cladding brick gives the contrast, which makes the stucco used on the front of the building becomes very noticeable.

The project of the building has a fairly large area, the main part of which falls on the first and second floor, but there is also a socle, and a mansard floor.

In the design of the house is used a fairly large number of stucco products, including columns, cornices, rustays, bas-reliefs, balustrades and much more.

The input solution is a small colonnade, the capitals of which are executed in a very sophisticated antique style.

Column data is a base and a support for a balcony located on the second floor.

Columns, which are installed on the second floor, in turn, serve as a support for the canopy of the roof of the attic floor.

The rear facade of the house is in the form of a semicircle and combines two floors, adorned with pilasters. The attic floor on this site has a fairly large terrace fenced with balustrades.

Each corner of the house is decorated with rosters, which gives the clarity of the borders of the house and the completeness of the image of the entire facade of the house.

The house planning is very individual, but practically the entire area is useful. It is very unusual that the living room and the second light are made in the form of a circle, which will undoubtedly add volume in the interior.
