The project of this administrative building was created in order to show future clients the possibility of a comprehensive use of decorative stucco on the facade of not only residential buildings, but also of any other government agencies.
The ground and first floors are treated with black marble, which has a visual separation across the perimeter on several layers with the help of moldings.

On the second floor of this administrative building, a much larger number of stucco molding is used for facade decoration. This is in the first place that separates the floors of the Cornices, after which the panels are patterned bas-reliefs, again across the perimeter of the building.

A separate description deserves the front of the building. The input solution is made in a mirror finish and using eight columns in the antique style, which, thanks to the reflection in the mirror, provide even more monumentality, increasing the area at the entrance.

Above the entrance is a decorative element like a balustrade. Another balustrade is set slightly higher on the roof of the building. A small indentation for this balustrade is made thanks to the use of brackets in the form of supports for this decorative element.

The third floor is decorated with rather large bas-reliefs, which are installed directly under the windows.

The windows itself are visually separated from each other by small pilasters throughout the building's facade.
